Booking Policy
Appointments
Please schedule your appointment in advance to give you the best client experience.
You may schedule two appointments at a time and once you have completed one appointment you may schedule the next one.
If you will have clip-in extensions please let us know when confirming your appointment to adjust timing and pricing as needed.
Late Arrival
Please keep in mind we do our best to take care of our clients, in consideration of our time and yours please let us know when you will be late. More than 10 minutes late will be considered no show and may loose your service for that day.
Late Cancelation / No Shows
We understand things happen. We kindly ask you give us 48 hr notice when cancelling your appointment. This allows us to maintain a higher service standard. Thank you for your understanding.

What’s included in my VIP account?
You will have access to your personal stylist for your events. Wethers that’s early morning, mid afternoon or evening. Appointment is required in advance. We will do our best to accommodate last minute request but it is not guaranteed specially during holidays.

Where is your studio located?
We have a studio location in Lahaina and will have one opening soon in Kahului. We also provide on location services at your convenience. Travel may be additional depending on time of day and location, please inquire in advance for more details.

Can I cancel anytime?
Whenever you need to leave town we recommend canceling your subscription ahead of time to avoid fees. However, keep in mind we may have artist available at your destination location. Please inquire for more details.
